01Can I sell only a share, for example 80%, and keep 20%?
Yes. In the title and text, write which share you are selling, what the buyer receives, and what stays with you. The portal does not require a transfer of 100%. It does not prepare the purchase contract, a shareholders agreement, or a transfer of intellectual property. The parties agree that between themselves.
02Can I list a project before a company is formed?
Yes, if the listing states the real situation. For example, that the project has no revenue yet, that you own the code personally, and that the company and the transfer of ownership will be completed before closing. The portal does not check a company register and does not confirm that this is valid under the law of a particular country. The buyer decides from what you write. The transfer before payment is between you and the buyer.
03Can an auction include a reserve price, a starting price and legal conditions? Is the winning bid binding?
You set the starting price, and it is the lowest bid. There is no hidden reserve. Write legal conditions, the share and the payment method in the text. The portal does not enforce them. The winning bid identifies the highest bidder, and the portal connects you so that you agree the completion between yourselves. The bid is not a contract with the portal. The portal does not take the money for the project and does not transfer the asset. Whether the bid is binding between you and the buyer follows from your agreement and from the law that applies to you.
04Besides the publication fee and 0% of the sale, is anything else mandatory?
No. The only mandatory charge is the current publication fee for that category. There is no commission. The parties agree payment and handover between themselves. This also applies when an auction receives no acceptable bid.
05Is the listing exclusive? May I list it elsewhere and negotiate with my own buyers?
The listing is not exclusive. You may publish it in other places and, at the same time, negotiate with buyers you find yourself.
06If I find a buyer outside the portal, is any commission due, or does a restriction remain?
No commission is due. After the listing ends or is withdrawn, the portal does not restrict whom you sell the project to. A sale outside the portal does not have to be reported.
07Can I check whether I may list before I pay, and without sending private code?
The rules are on this page and in the terms. You can read them before you pay. There is no separate approval of the deal before payment. Do not send private code, passwords or unpublished technical materials here, and do not put them in the public listing. To publish, you need an account, a truthful description, and payment of the current fee.
